Plans
FreshNDA offers three plans. See the pricing for current prices.
- Free—5 NDAs per month, up to 2 users. A good starting point for individuals or a small team evaluating the product together.
- Team—50 NDAs per month, up to 5 users. Built for teams sending NDAs regularly.
- Enterprise—unlimited NDAs (subject to a generous daily fair-use limit), unlimited users. For companies with high volume.
All plans include reusable links, legally binding e-signatures (U.S. ESIGN/UETA), PDF delivery, email notifications, configurable Key Terms (governing law, courts, term, purpose, and confidentiality period) on the built-in templates, and more. Paid plans add custom NDA templates (create, duplicate, and edit) and the ability to edit an NDA’s text at send time. See the pricing for a full list.
Upgrading your plan
Go to Settings in your dashboard to see your current plan and usage. Click the upgrade option to select a new plan. If you don’t have a paid subscription yet, you’ll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout page to enter payment details, and your new plan takes effect immediately.
If you already have a paid subscription, upgrading shows a confirmation first. It names the plan you’re moving to and notes that you’ll be charged a prorated amount right away, so nothing happens until you confirm. After you confirm, the plan changes in place without a new checkout.
Managing your subscription
To update your payment method, view invoices, or cancel your subscription, go to Settings and click Manage billing. This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can make changes directly.
Renewals, cancellation & refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically each month until you cancel. Prices are exclusive of tax; any applicable tax (such as VAT) is based on your billing location.
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Manage billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active through the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law, and partial periods or unused NDA allotments are not refunded or credited. Full billing terms are on the Terms of Service page.
Usage limits
Each plan has a monthly NDA limit and a member limit. Your current usage is shown in Settings. When you reach your NDA limit:
- You’ll see a message showing how many NDAs you’ve sent this month.
- You won’t be able to send more NDAs until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade.
- Existing NDAs (sent, pending signature) are not affected.
To prevent abuse, every plan—including those with “unlimited” NDAs—is also subject to a daily sending limit. It is set well above normal daily usage, so most teams will never reach it. If you expect an unusually large single-day volume (for example, a one-time mass onboarding), get in touch first.
Downgrading
If you downgrade to a lower plan, your existing members, links, and NDAs are preserved. You won’t be able to add new members beyond the lower plan’s member limit until you’re back within it.
